You retain ownership of the original images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing the Service. Enhanced images may contain watermarks or metadata identifying them as FoodPic processed images.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability
